Collision Damage Waiver/Responsibility for Vehicle Damage:

Purchase of LDW is optional and relieves the customer's financial responsibility to the vehicle in the event of loss of damage.  Provided the vehicle is operated in accordance with the rental agreement.  If LDW is declined the renter is responsible for up to the full value of the vehicle.  A security deposit will apply and will vary depending on purchase of LDW.  Note: There is a minimum 3 day rental restriction to purchase LDW.

Other coverage may be available,check at the counter upon arrival for availability and additional details.

Credit Card Hold:  The estimated amount of the rental plus 200.00 USD will be authorized against your credit card at the time of rental if you purchase our collision damage waiver (CDW) at the rental counter.  If you do not purchase CDW, the estimated amount of the rental plus an amount averaging between 900.00 USD - 1,500.00 USD will be authorized against your credit card depending on car group rented.  Credit Card holds will be released at the end of the rental.

Debit Cards are accepted provided:

• the card bears the Visa or Mastercard logo
• Debit card is from a United States banking institution
• Renter/user is from the United States
• Must meet minimum age requirements
• Debit card name and billing address match renters drivers license information
• The debit card hold is the same as the charge card hod (see additional information under Additional Credit Card Hold)

A valid drivers license from the country of residence is accepted. An international driving license is required for countries with a non-Roman alphabet.

All drivers must meet our minimum age requirements and drivers license requirements as the renter.

Vehicle License Fee            = 1.85 USD per day

Concession Recovery Fee   = 10% per rental

AFTER-HOURS RETURNS:
Available. Park & lock the car. Place the completed contract & the keys in the key drop box located in the Car Return parking lot. Remember to take your personal belongings with you.

Renter must be 21 years of age with a valid drivers license and major credit card in his/her own name.  There is no maximum age.

The vehicle is rented with a full tank of gas and must be returned with a full tank of gas or there will be a charge for refueling.  If you have refueled please keep your receipt for verification purposes.

Rental is based on a 24-hour period.  The client receives a 59-minute grace period.  If he/she keeps the vehicle after this time, an hourly rate will apply from minute one.

It is our policy to honor the reservation rate,  during regular business hours,  on the calendar day of the scheduled arrival.

Not applicable.  Cars are not allowed outside of the country.

Cars can be returned to other locations within the country.  One-way rentals are subject to availability and one-way fees may apply.
